I am a trucker who is currently out of work because of an injury, the company after all my years of service, is fighting my claim. The evidence of the injury is there, they are not denying that, but are trying to say it is an old injury, the case is in the courts now, and I know thati will win, because4 it was a legitimate accident. Until that happens, I have been recieving unemployment, which runs out in two weeks. I have an 11 year old son whom I love more than life itself. I recently had to take full custody of him from my exwife, because of neglect. I have a 79 year old mother, that developed alzheimers, she lives with my brother in Texas. My brother, being agitated about my mothers condition, and his wifes complaining to leave him, because of it, wants me now to bring her back to Pittsburgh, and for me to deal with her. I love my mother, and would gladly take her in, but two things hold me back; first being in the financial mess I am in, and secondly she needs 24 hour supervision, and I can not afford to pay the outrageous prices that are charged by these facilities, and I do not want to put her in a dump. I am a 44 year old Italian/ Irish man, who is very patriotic, conservative, family oriented, and a sinner, saved by the grace of god. I like the simple things of life, and love the outdoors, as it draws me closer to God.
